چکیده

Reluctance machines with DC field coil in stator are a competitive candidate for starter generation application, due to the elimination of rare-earth permanent magnet (PM), robust structures, and controllable excitation. However, poor excitation ability coils, torque density is disadvantageous. Moreover, increase current, it exposed risk extra saturation teeth. As consequence, efficiency both constrained. To solve aforementioned problems, based on comprehensive consideration production cost performance, this study proposed novel type hybrid reluctance machine dual-ferrite–assisted slots. The inner-layer ferrite PM magnetized tangentially, which can effectively achieve DC-saturation–relieving effect, while outer-layer radially through flux modulation effect. Based finite element analysis, be improved by 20 5%, respectively. Furthermore, simplify system terminal, two-stage method splitting some turns armature winding feed passive rectifier. No power switching devices needed way, making highly robust. effectiveness design verified time-stepping analysis.

Flywheel Generator with Switched Reluctance Machine

This paper presents a flywheel energy storage system, which uses a switched reluctance motor/generator. It is shown how this device can be used either together with a DVR or alone in order to attenuate the effects of voltage sags and short interruptions. In order to improve the system efficiency, some design alternatives are presented. Finite elements analyses results, validated against laborat...

A Two-Stage Hybrid Flowshop Scheduling Problem with Serial Batching

In this paper the problem of serial batch scheduling in a two-stage hybrid flow shop environment with minimizing Makesapn is studied. In serial batching it is assumed that jobs in a batch are processed serially, and their completion time is defined to be equal to the finishing time of the last job in the batch. The analysis and implementation of the prohibited transference of jobs among the mac...
